Crocheted Watermelon C2C Baby BlanketWho loves watermelons in summertime? I certainly do! Summertime has all the retail stores displaying watermelons on everything. When I first started crocheting one of my first projects was a watermelon zipper pouch. Today I want to share my easy Crocheted Watermelon C2C Baby Blanket. Crocheted corner to corner is a very easy way to create a beautiful texture and works up quickly.

Watermelons and crochet go very well together. In the pattern for a Crocheted Watermelon C2C Baby Blanket you need to have knowledge of how to create a corner to corner stitch. If you are new to crochet C2C, ChiWei at www.1dogwolf.com has an excellent blog post with helpful information to answer questions about C2C crochet. This is simple work up of a square and then a border added. I’ve included a chart as a visual to help with row count.
