ULANA BAG PATTERN HAS BEEN UPDATED & IS NOW A FREE PATTERN, CLICK HERE!
In the fall of 2018, I was designing a crochet bag pattern and sitting with a friend watching the sunset. The cool fall air was blowing, the conversation lively and my hands flowing crocheting stitch after stitch. My dear friend Elizabeth asked me what I was working on and once I told her she said, “Sold!” She wanted the unfinished bag and I was tickled. I finished the bag for her as she was about to do some world traveling with her husband and I typed up the pattern. When she came back she had rave reviews on her bag. I had the pattern tested and my friend Cheramy @tigerlily_creations_hawaii had helped me given the pattern a name Ulana Bag.
The Ulana Bag is my number one best selling pattern and I have enjoyed the many pictures of it made. This pattern is written to be used for personal use or use to sell at markets. It’s a great pattern to make for gifts as well.
I loved creating this pattern for its versatility, functionality and eco-friendly reminder to bring your own bag. You only need one skein of Bernat Maker Home Dec or 4 skein of Dishie yarn from WeCrochet/Knitpicks.
You can find the Ulana Bag in my Store or Ravelry and Etsy. After you make your Ulana Bag and post it to Instagram, be sure to tag and use my hashtag #ulanabag so I can see it and share it!
